Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
COFFEE
Coffee is not eligible for refund or exchange. If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, you may request a refund within 7 days after the date that it was delivered. You will need to provide your receipt and proof of damage. Once your refund is approved, within 30 days we will issue a refund of the amount charged for the damaged product and shipping
MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or exchange up to 7 days after the date that it was delivered. You will need to provide your receipt and proof of the damage/defect, and the merchandise must still have the tags attached. Once we approve your refund or exchange, we will provide a shipping label to mail back the product. Once we receive the damaged/defective product, within 30 days we will issue a refund of the amount charged for the damaged product and shipping, or we will mail you the product that you exchanged for.
